2.2. MitigateNow reserves the right to verify the information provided and the legitimacy of the competitor's price.

  1. Price Match Approval and Direct Order

3.1. Once MitigateNow reviews the price match request and determines that all eligibility criteria are met, we will approve the request.

3.2. If the request is approved, MitigateNow will send the customer a direct order link via email. The customer can then proceed to purchase the product at the matched price.
